We are excited to be able to offer this class and have reduced the price to entice any holdouts! You will learn basic movements in Aikido, a traditional, non-competitive Japanese martial art, sometimes described as “moving Zen.” The class venue has changed from the Vintage House and will be held Wednesday evenings at Sonoma Valley High School.
